Lower lead times for SEEPEX API compliant pump

SEEPEX has designed a new range of progressive cavity pumps, developed specially for the needs of the oil and gas industry, and which fulfil the requirements of the American Petroleum Institute.

The new API 676 and 682 compliant pump is based on our proven technology with adaptations specifically to the casing and sealing concepts. Responding to the demands of industry SEEPEX Oil and Gas application experts, together with their experienced project engineering team, used standardized components of the highest quality to achieve maximum conformity. A high priority was also to streamline construction procedures to reduce lead times and optimize costs.

The BNA pump has the following advantages

  • Extremely robust design

  • High pressure load capacity and corrosion resistance

  • Simple integration into the piping system

  • Casting instead of welding means less complex documentation and inspection requirements

  • Shorter lead time

  • Standardization of components

  • Conformity with API 676 and API 682

An Italian on-shore oilfield recognized these advantages when they needed a rapid response for a project to prevent water pollution in their region. The SEEPEX API compliant pumps are installed on an updated condensate recovery system and operate with low NpSH on foam recovery. They were delivered within a demanding time-frame to reduce downtime associated with the shutdown.

The new BNA design delivers a progressive cavity pump for your demanding applications to simplify planning and lower costs.
