Fulkrum Announces Key Appointment for Middle East and Caspian Regions
Fulkrum Technical Services, a leading technical consultancy which provides QA/QC and inspection services to the oil and gas sector, has announced the appointment of a Regional Manager for the Middle East and Caspian.
Tommy Hillock brings 35 years of international industry experience to the role, spending the last 15 years as Managing Director of Global Energy SCS. He supported over 100 customers worldwide and led the firm’s expansion with new offices in Perth, Australia and Houston, Texas, before establishing operations for SCS in the Middle East.
As Regional Manager for Fulkrum, Tommy will be based in Abu Dhabi and responsible for all company operations across the Middle East and Caspian regions. He is building his team in Abu Dhabi, which should be complete by the end of October, and will then aim to replicate this in Saudi Arabia, with Fulkrum already working with several busy clients in the Kingdom.
On joining the Fulkrum team, Tommy said: “Having worked in the industry for three decades, I have a strong understanding of the oil and gas sector, particularly inspection services and the ever-increasing challenges this area poses to operators and contractors. Reducing risk whilst saving time and money is at the top of everyone’s agenda and I’m excited about the ways in which Fulkrum’s service offering can address this.
