Hiretech Investment Further Enhances Pumping Capabilities

Equipment rental specialist Hiretech Limited has continued to invest significantly towards enhancing its pumping equipment capabilities and services offered across the energy industry.

The company, a leading independent equipment rental, sales, service and maintenance company offering pumping spreads, powered umbilical reels, hydraulic power packs and supporting equipment, has invested significantly in its product and service ranges over recent months, achieving continued growth success in the UK and overseas.

The investment has primarily been made towards its range of pumping equipment, including well service and chemical circulation pumps, as well as increasing the fleet of hydraulic power units to meet industry demand. This will allow Hiretech to offer increased services including pipeline pigging and testing and well servicing project workscopes anticipated over the coming months.

Located at Fintray, by Dyce near Aberdeen, Hiretech has also recently launched a transmission and gearbox refurbishment service to augment its existing service lines, offering transmission repairs, refurbishments and replacements. This in-house skillset allows additional control and maintenance ability for the company’s own equipment range and that of its clients.

Additionally, the development of a personnel department within the company has allowed staff to be recruited and trained specifically on the maintenance and use of the company’s equipment, benefitting the client base through efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Hiretech Limited Managing Director, Andy Buchan, comments, “We are constantly listening to our clients and working to meet their requirements in the field. The additional investment in equipment and in the capabilities we have taken in house, allow us to remain at the forefront as an industry provider of choice capable of meeting those demands.”
